Yes, a keyboard will be sufficient if it has 51+ full keys.

You may also use a piano (acoustic, electric, digital) or an organ.

We are currently using the Zoom app.

Before your first class, be sure to dowwnload and set up your free Zoom account.

Yes, you will need to acquire your books and each student is required to come to class with a designated music notebook with pockets, a pencil with eraser, and a mind for learning. You will be instructed as to what books to purchase after you have had your free evaluation.

Each class will start off at 30 minutes once a week. If you are an advanced student, it may increase to 45 minutes or 1 hour. Ms Karen will make the recommendations as needed.

1. Contact us through email or through our online website form.

2. We will contact you to schedule your free evaluation. (This will assist us in getting to know you and formulate a sense of direction as to what you would like to accomplish. It will also alert Ms Karen as to what level she should get you started on.)

3. We will email you an Enrollment Package to get registered.

4. After we receive the registration forms back, along with the registration fee, we will place you on Ms Karen's teaching schedule.

5. On the day of your first class, you will receive a Zoom link within the hour of your class.

6. Click on the link at the time stated, and you're in! Voila!

We offer private one-on-one virtual piano and/or vocal classes for ages 5 and older, and all levels and abilities. Private classes will be tailored to the individual's needs. Classes focus on sight reading, eartraining, music theory, technique, ect....

We also offer online pre-recorded classes for the complete beginner, ages 8 to adults. Your weekly online class will be available to you 24/7 to play, pause, rewind at your convenience and watch as many times as you would need.

You will not be allowed to share the class link with anyone else.

An intial evaluation will assist us in getting to know you and formulate a sense of direction as to what you would like to musically accomplish. It will also alert Ms Karen as to what level she should get you started at. You will virtually get to meet Ms Karen and get your questions answered. The evaluation will last about 15-20 minutes... and there is no charge for it.
